Luxury Velvet Dog Leash. Made with heavy duty nylon webbing and soft swiss velvet ribbon. Your dog will love this fashionable leash and paw-parents too. Velvet is not for all dogs and requires more care. Velvet will crease over time so expect pleating in the ribbon over time. If you want to avoid this, we can add another set of stitches.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS / RETURN POLICY Velvet can be cleaned but it is a bit high maintenance. Not recommended for dogs that are super active or prone to get dirty. Darker colors are more suitable for collars that will be worn daily. Metal hardware is plated so could stain light colors over time. Brass can be upgraded to solid brass. No refunds for pleating or stains obtained while usage.

GENERAL HARDWARE DISCLAIMER Brass & Rose Gold plated hardware with time will be begin to fade and lose it's gold color. Dings and scratches are inevitable on polished buckles depending on the energy of the dog. We won't replace a buckle because it has been scratched by dog use.
Items will not be replaced because they got dirty. We all know our dogs and know what style of collar is suitable for them. Velvet is not suitable for all dogs

We showcase size charts in all our listings but if you have any doubts, please contact me before ordering. All our products are made-to-order and sizes can be adjusted to accommodate your dogs measurements.
NYLON/ RIBBON STYLES- Wash in cold water and lay flat to dry
VELVET STYLES - only wash if absolutely necessary. Recommend spraying with
ScotchGard and spot clean.
FABRIC STYLE - wash in cold water and lay flat to dry or if you dry in the dryer (low
heat recommended) Can be ironed flat.

Full policy in the link below. Returns/ Exchanges accepted on a case by case based. Personalized items are non-refundable but will work with customer if there is an issue with the size ordered. Harnesses are non-refundable but can be resized if mailed back
3/8" buckles have a delicate spring mechanism that holds the snap in place but it will break if forced or taken off regularly. I don't recommend the 3/8" metal buckles for collars that are taken off regularly.
Velvet needs special care. I recommend spot cleaning and steam to soften velvet again. You can also spray scotchgard before use for extra protection ( not recommended for dogs with sensitive skin).
Our polished metal buckles/ hardware are stunning but not recommended for every dog. Depending on your dog, these buckles will start to lose their luster if not properly cared for.
- I do not recommend these buckles for active dogs or for water use.
- We use Zinc Die-Cast Flat Side-Release Buckles in different plated finishes.Our hardware is metal plated unless stated otherwise
If buckle develops scratches, dents, etc we consider this normal wear and tear.
Unfortunately, our collars are not indestructible, and the longevity of your item will depend on the behaviors of your dog and/or its playmates!
You know your dog and what items will be used for. The lighter the color, the more visible dirt and stains will be. I strongly recommend a darker color if your dog is active and plans to use collar/leash/harness daily. I also advise keeping away from our velvet collection. These items are made using velvet which is very soft and luxurious but it can also be difficult to clean especially if you order metal hardware. We can always give you a recommendation if you are unsure about the item you are looking to order :)

Iβm in love with Arloβs new collar and leash! The color is beautiful and i love how i was able to customize Arloβs name on the collar.The seller was very informative and quick to reply to clarify any questions I had.
