All items are made with your dogs safety in mind using high quality supplies. No collar is indestructible so please keep a close watch for wear and tear. Replace collars when necessary. Please read policy for further information.

🔎 GENERAL HARDWARE DISCLAIMER
Brass & Rose Gold hardware is plated so with time it will be begin to fade and lose it's gold color. Dings and scratches are inevitable on polished buckles depending on the energy of the dog. We won't replace a buckle because it has been scratched by dog use.Buckles have a spring mechanism which I recommend putting on and taking off with care to not break the spring. Buckles are guaranteed for up to 2 months so if it does break, we will gladly replace it, if the collar is returned to us within that time frame to us.
Items will not be replaced because they got dirty. We all know our dogs and know what style of collar is suitable for them. Fabric collars are machine washable.
🔎 FABRIC DISCLAIMER
Collar is made from 100% cotton fabric with interfacing. Our 1" width collars have a webbing core for more durability but we don't recommend it for over zealous pets. Collar will fade if over washed like any cotton product. All our products are handmade made to order. If you need a super durable collar for a feisty, strong, or super playful pup, I can recommend a different style.

NYLON/ RIBBON STYLES- Wash in cold water and lay flat to dry
VELVET STYLES - only wash if absolutely necessary. Recommend spraying with
ScotchGard and spot clean.
FABRIC STYLE - wash in cold water and lay flat to dry or if you dry in the dryer (low
heat recommended) Can be ironed flat.

Full policy in the link below. Returns/ Exchanges accepted on a case by case based. Personalized items are non-refundable but will work with customer if there is an issue with the size ordered. Harnesses are non-refundable but can be resized if mailed back
3/8" buckles have a delicate spring mechanism that holds the snap in place but it will break if forced or taken off regularly. I don't recommend the 3/8" metal buckles for collars that are taken off regularly.
Velvet needs special care. I recommend spot cleaning and steam to soften velvet again. You can also spray scotchgard before use for extra protection ( not recommended for dogs with sensitive skin).
Our polished metal buckles/ hardware are stunning but not recommended for every dog. Depending on your dog, these buckles will start to lose their luster if not properly cared for.
- I do not recommend these buckles for active dogs or for water use.
- We use Zinc Die-Cast Flat Side-Release Buckles in different plated finishes.Our hardware is metal plated unless stated otherwise
If buckle develops scratches, dents, etc we consider this normal wear and tear.
Unfortunately, our collars are not indestructible, and the longevity of your item will depend on the behaviors of your dog and/or its playmates!
You know your dog and what items will be used for. The lighter the color, the more visible dirt and stains will be. I strongly recommend a darker color if your dog is active and plans to use collar/leash/harness daily. I also advise keeping away from our velvet collection. These items are made using velvet which is very soft and luxurious but it can also be difficult to clean especially if you order metal hardware. We can always give you a recommendation if you are unsure about the item you are looking to order :)

I never received the item - even though I communicated with the seller. Kept telling them it did not arrive. Seller said they sent it through regular mail with no tracking number. Feels like a scam. No refund issued.

Yes I did the same thing with the collar I messaged them and told me what I had done with the collar and harness! They were quick to respond and help me rectify the problem. I sent the collar and harness back and they were going to make them bigger for me😀! That’s awesome customer service cause it was my fault. I’ve ordered from them before and will continue to order from them also Will recommend them!!
