• PERSONALIZATION BOX: our standalone site isn't showing a personalization box so please include color and inscription details when checking out by leaving a note to seller or by messaging me after ordering.
• SIZING please see drop down menu for available sizes for this particular style. Need a custom size, please fee free to message me.
• ENGRAVING all buckles are laser engraved. 3/8” buckles are engraved one line in the front and one line in the back unless told otherwise. If you specify Line 1 and Line 2. We stack the lines, line 1 on top and Line 2 on the bottom and will be engraved in the front. These buckles are tiny so two lines will look very small on the front but still legible. We recommend phone number be in a basic font to prevent issues with numbers not looking legible. The issue isn't always legibility but the font selected. DISCLAIMER: Unfortunately there are no refunds on personalized items so if you want to make sure the engraving/font is to your liking, please request a sample of inscription before ordering
• All items are made with your dogs safety in mind using high quality supplies. No collar is indestructible so please keep a close watch for wear and tear. Replace collars when necessary.

BUCKLE DISCLAIMER
Our 3/8" buckles have a delicate spring mechanism that holds the snap in place but it will break if forced or taken off regularly. I don't recommend the 3/8" metal buckles for collars that are taken off regularly.
WEBBING DISCLAIMER
nylon webbing has a tendency to form fuzzy edges over time ( a lighter can used to melt them away). Some pets also develop a skin allergy to nylon and will start to scratch at the area. we will not replace a collar if fuzz or fraying forms due to dog scratching or normal wear. We do offer dainty cotton fabric collars that do not have this issue.

NYLON/ RIBBON STYLES- Wash in cold water and lay flat to dry
VELVET STYLES - only wash if absolutely necessary. Recommend spraying with
ScotchGard and spot clean.
FABRIC STYLE - wash in cold water and lay flat to dry or if you dry in the dryer (low
heat recommended) Can be ironed flat.

Velvet needs special care. I recommend spot cleaning and steam to soften velvet again. You can also spray scotchgard before use for extra protection ( not recommended for dogs with sensitive skin).
Our polished metal buckles/ hardware are stunning but not recommended for every dog. Depending on your dog, these buckles will start to lose their luster if not properly cared for.
- I do not recommend these buckles for active dogs or for water use.
- We use Zinc Die-Cast Flat Side-Release Buckles in different plated finishes.Our hardware is metal plated unless stated otherwise
If buckle develops scratches, dents, etc we consider this normal wear and tear.
Unfortunately, our collars are not indestructible, and the longevity of your item will depend on the behaviors of your dog and/or its playmates!
You know your dog and what items will be used for. The lighter the color, the more visible dirt and stains will be. I strongly recommend a darker color if your dog is active and plans to use collar/leash/harness daily. I also advise keeping away from our velvet collection. These items are made using velvet which is very soft and luxurious but it can also be difficult to clean especially if you order metal hardware. We can always give you a recommendation if you are unsure about the item you are looking to order :)

I highly recommend this seller!! They have well-made, high-quality collars with many choices of colors and patterns!! I have purchased several ribbon collars in different colors and a few of the beautiful cotton patterns and have loved every one of them! I get them personalized, and they are always neat and easy to read. I will surely be back for more!

Perfect Collars for My Small Dogs These collars are high quality, beautifully handmade, and the perfect fit for my dogs. I've lost count of how many I've ordered for my all dogs from this stellar Etsy shop. I've ordered them in multiple colors for different occasions! I love how dainty they are, and the fact that their names and my phone number are engraved on the buckle—no more annoying dangling tags! They're also incredibly sturdy. I wash my dogs once a week, sometimes more often, and I hand wash their collars each time. Despite the frequent washes, the collars have held up beautifully, standing the test of time and wear and tear. Highly recommend! Thank you!
