harnesses are perfect to get your new pup use to a harness or for our small dogs who need a light thin harness. These are made-to-order harnesses. We specialize in making a custom fit for your pet. We recommend measuring your dog and little us know if you need a little or a lot of wiggle room.

HARNESS POLICY
**Harnesses are non-refundable. We ask for measurements to avoid size issues. All our harnesses are made-to-order which allows us to accommodate your dogs individual size in the making process. If no measurements are provided and fit is wrong, I will gladly adjust the harness but customer will be responsible for shipping expenses to and from Etsy Shop. Adjustments will only be made to the length of the harness mailed to you so if the issue is the width, unfortunately a new harness will need to be order. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me on Etsy.

BUCKLES 3/8" buckles have a delicate spring mechanism that holds the snap in place but it will break if forced or taken off regularly. I don't recommend the 3/8" metal buckles for collars that are taken off regularly. Brass hardware is plated so with time it will begin to fade and lose its gold color. Dings and scratches are inevitable on polished buckles depending on the energy of the dog. We won't replace a buckle because it has been scratched by dog use.
WEBBING DISCLAIMER
nylon webbing has a tendency to form fuzzy edges over time ( a lighter can used to melt them away). Some pets also develop a skin allergy to nylon and will start to scratch at the area. we will not replace a collar if fuzz or fraying forms due to dog scratching or normal wear. We do offer dainty cotton fabric collars that do not have this issue.
VELVET DISCLAIMER
Velvet needs special care. I recommend spot cleaning and steam to soften velvet again. You can also spray scotchgard before use for extra protection ( not recommended for dogs with sensitive skin).
All items are made with your dog's safety in mind using high quality supplies. No collar is indestructible so please keep a close watch for wear and tear. Replace collars when necessary. Please read the Shop Policy Section for further information.

We showcase size charts in all our listings but if you have any doubts, please contact me before ordering. All our products are made-to-order and sizes can be adjusted to accommodate your dogs measurements.
NYLON/ RIBBON STYLES- Wash in cold water and lay flat to dry
VELVET STYLES - only wash if absolutely necessary. Recommend spraying with
ScotchGard and spot clean.
FABRIC STYLE - wash in cold water and lay flat to dry or if you dry in the dryer (low
heat recommended) Can be ironed flat.

Our polished metal buckles/ hardware are stunning but not recommended for every dog. Depending on your dog, these buckles will start to lose their luster if not properly cared for.
- I do not recommend these buckles for active dogs or for water use.
- We use Zinc Die-Cast Flat Side-Release Buckles in different plated finishes.Our hardware is metal plated unless stated otherwise
If buckle develops scratches, dents, etc we consider this normal wear and tear.
Unfortunately, our collars are not indestructible, and the longevity of your item will depend on the behaviors of your dog and/or its playmates!
You know your dog and what items will be used for. The lighter the color, the more visible dirt and stains will be. I strongly recommend a darker color if your dog is active and plans to use collar/leash/harness daily. I also advise keeping away from our velvet collection. These items are made using velvet which is very soft and luxurious but it can also be difficult to clean especially if you order metal hardware. We can always give you a recommendation if you are unsure about the item you are looking to order :)
